Business Issue

A real estate developer was using a manual system to track detailed information on the properties it owned.  This system made it very difficult to access information in a timely manner and increased the risk of cirtical information being lost.

Solution

We built a system that tracked each property from acquisition through sale.  This allows users to track information such as rent rolls and improvements throughout the life of the property.  Users now have easy, real-time access to the core information of the business and top management has the high level operational reporting they need and were previously missing.
