Business Issue

A construction design company was overwhelmed by the documentation required to coordinate projects with external parties.  They were using Excel spreadsheets to generate and store project documentation and communications.

Solution

Using Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technology, we built a documentation generation and transmittal system.  This included complex workflow functionality in addition to greatly enhanced project tracking and reporting.  The company is able to devote fewer resources to administrative functions and managers now have greatly improved project management tools at their disposal.
